We are currently seeking the opinions of parents whose child has been hospitalized for medical treatment in a children’s hospital in the western United States.
     We would like to speak with you if your child has been hospitalized in a children’s hospital for a condition related to one of the following:

•           Heart problems
•           Cancer
•           Blood disease
•           Nervous system disorders
•           Problems with bones, spine or muscle
•           Newborn health problems
•           Organ or bone marrow transplant

Study participants will be paid a nominal amount for their time ($25).  If you are interested in participating, go to
