OFFLINE | It is not broken. But only chat tool is available in the bar, not the apps tool.
However, sometimes it says "Could not connect to Facebook Chat at this time". Do you get an error? |

OFFLINE | my chat quit working completely yesterday, along with HALF my apps, on Google Chrome. Had NO issues to that point. I can use everything on Internet Explorer 8 but everything is VERY slow
