 OFFLINE | My rider 50 still charges, but I see the led flicker between red and green. I did not notice this before, so I'm wondering what it means. Also, after a full night charging, the battery bar is not full.
The device is switched off when charging.
One additional note: sometimes the devices turns on by itself. |

It looks like the connection problem or the battery.
Normally when you use USB cable to charge Rider 50, red light indicates it's charging. IF you see green light, it's not charging. Also, the screen shouldn't be off during charging.
Do you use the USB cable enclosed in the box? Please make sure you do so and try again. If still no good, please send the device back to the dealer for an inspection.

OFFLINE | After performing a reset, it seems to be working normal. Quite odd. I'll keep an eye on it, but for the moment it is resolved. |
