OFFLINE | Don't know how it works for you guys, but we do one Interest Meeting a month right now and call the "Real Life 411".
We make each one a big deal and use it as an opportunity for our new launch team members to get use to the idea of serving while also providing an awesome experience for potential launch team members.
We serve a free meal, give away t-shirts, give away arm bands, and tell our story.
We don't try to bog it down with too much info but just enough to have them not only understanding what we're doing but how they can fit in.
The big draw though is our food. Recently the Olive Garden came to our city for the first time. The bad thing about this is it's always super busy. Most people cannot eat there unless they are wiling to wait a while.
The good thing is they cater.
So, we have used them to cater our Interest Meetings. Yes it costs a little more but when we put the Olive Garden logo on our flyers it brings people in.
The secret too is that half the meal is cooked by us. Only the main entrée and salad is Olive Garden.
Anyway, it's been huge for us to have the most hard get food catered at our meetings.
Hope this helps.
