while in my never ending search for "the game" to enjoy online, (aside from all the violent ones) - I was thinking that maybe there was a "cute" version of a EVONY style game. Alas -Castle and co. http://www.facebook.com/castleco. Looked about right. Had a nice and simple tutorial. So far so good and everyting was kinda - well, CUTE!

Unfortunately, like a ton of other games, it did not hold my attention. OOOh not because it was cute, I don't mind that. Several of the games I play are cute, they just have adult strategies. Not sure why they make em that way, but they do. Keeps the less "MACHO DUDES" from playing - too bad. Nooo, the reason I did not stay in C&C was because there was no direction. Once you are done with the tutorial. Your done. Its just a matter of building things, and keeping your villagers happy.

C&C looks like it has potential, but without quest, goals and task (those are the same right LOL) it it more of a sandbox game. Not many games that are like this last long. People like some direction in a game. the feel that they are accomplishing sometihng, and if that something is faster or better than the other guy, all the more fun.

If I am missing the big picture, someone - please enlighten me!!!
