Y U NO COME TO THIS FORUM?

It's like, a week or evem more, that you don't appear in these boards. If i'm wrong and you're always online, why the hell don't you reply to important topics?
We have topics (and a poll) asking for the drop cap removal, giving suggestion to the games, like: Card Boss
Topics discussing Cash Itens
A Topic speaking about a bug in the enchantment system
A topic speaking about a bug in all digimons (I comproved, all of them do this), that attack you from far away, and cause you to death many times (espacially gizumons)
A topic reporting the cracked egg drop rate in snow map


And where are you, GM/Admin?
Yes, yes I know you have many boards to take care of, but GDMO's board is yours too, so I think at least TWO times in a week, you should appear here, ask for feedback in important topics, and report them, so bug can be fixed, and suggestions that 95% of the players want and need

Casey Ridge, I hope you really read this, and the others topic. We made suggestions, reports, reclamations and feedback, and now we need YOU, to respond us, and report those bugs and suggestions, that will make all the players happy, and the game even better.

Casey is a Community Leader who is also responsible for at least 5-6 other Joymax FB forums, all alone (according to my knowledge). I guess it takes a lot of time to be updated in all of those games.

yea but, 1 week without showing up with all those topics that we need feedback.
I think at least 2 times per week here (just some minutes to see what's going on) is not very much, and it's good so she can report bugs, suggestions, reclamations, and give us an answer to questions that we all have

I already suggest Hire more ppl for work if its hard if they can do the job just feedback us if they cant i dont know but they problably have money for hire more ppl and work on this.

Srsly the feedback here is low and it's not good for business since i have over 30 friends who didnt wanna play the game because of this stuffs .

And new friends who wanna join dont join even with all the marketing and winning events in another websites as number one some stuffs like hatch/constant issues/no feedback make ppl just stop play in begin .

Just saying ofc i can be wrong but its my point of view and still valid since its my opinion .

i aggre   so far my impresion of her is like a gosts you cant see her but you know shes there somwhere..she should seriously make atleast time  to check out this post

As she said, she manages more than one forum. She may not even have time to respond to most topics or just doesn't have anything to say.

Yes, but a simple "Noted your suggestion" is all a player needs to know to his suggestions are being entertained..

We understand she holds 5 or maybe more forums, but she would not have taken the job if she doesn't have time for it. So might as well give that time to the forums..

You guys need to learn to wait. Sure Casey has been absent on here lately, but she is likely busy doing other tasks. Joymax is currently trying to get a hold of another Community Manger, so please wait and beside I'd think you have other games to play than DMO.

Being pushy about this will not help...

it's more than a week that we have no signal of her here, and 6 topics reporting bugs, suggesting things for the game's improval
that's what Ar said. At least a "noted your suggestion", "thanks for reporting this, i'm reporting it to the developer", it's the minimum we need to have.
I think she can dedicate at least 2 hours in a week for this forum. It's a good time for she to see what's going on and report suggestions/bugs.
