All my moderators have usernames. Not ID Numbers on the FB URLS. But none are added on as moderators. With this they cant help on my page.

I would prefer to have multiple admins for my page. But I am assuming this isnt possible right now. In the mean time, I HAVE NO MODERATORS since it seems not to be accepting usernames Like mine
this is my user ID https://www.facebook.com/WOWDONATIONS
WODONATIONS being the ending ID name.....
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED? I have seen " we are working on it" but nothing else

I have two FB accounts with usernames instead of numbers in the URL.  What I did was go to Admin Area --> Visit My Forum --> Then looked at "Users registered in 24 hours".  Then click on the names of the people you want to appoint mod.  After you have clicked on his/her name, look at the URL for the long number.  That is your ID number.

Tell me if that works for you.  I'm having a problem myself.  I have added a mod and he can see "Delete this topic" and "Unpin this topic".  But the problem is, he gets the message "No kitty" when he tries to perform either of those tasks.

I'll have to look.  it is stupid we have to find little tricks around such an obvious feature this program should already have.  Especially since they are making FB compatible.  They should know FB features suggest all users create a user ID on their FB Platforms. So we know what our profile URL is. COME ON FFORUM, get it together please!

It's very simple to get someone's Facebook ID .
Go over their profile picture , right click and select "copy image URL" , paste it on your browser .

For example your Facebook profile picture is this

http://profile.ak.fbcdn.net/hprofile-ak-snc4/275375_1429681741_1967720716_n.jpg

The number between the underscores ,marked with red color is your ID .
Same applies for everyone's ID. This works on Google Chrome I don't know about Mozilla Firefox.

Goodluck!
