 OFFLINE | You know when you open your profile, there is a picture of you? Well there isn't, nor is there of anyone else. I can see some of their photos elsewhere, but not on profile pages. I had it not too long ago. There must be a setting I changed. Can anyone help? Thanks. |
................ I cannot get my ppictures back that are on peoples profile page. You know when you click on someones page and their picture pops up - well it doesn't anymore on mine. Any ideas. It used to work. There has got to be a setting for this

 OFFLINE | I have the same problem. Initially I thought it was just with my own profile pic, but soon realized that all profile pics are affected. I have tried everything I could think of, but no success. This happened, all of a sudden, last week. Very frustrating. I have been told by my friends that they see my pic. |

 OFFLINE | I personally have never encountered this issue. You can try to self-troubleshoot and use some trial and error. If you're lead to believe that this issue is the end result of recent settings changes, than it's best to restore your settings (privacy and all), to default standards, then save.
If that does not fix the issue, make sure you've got all the recent Facebook Plug-Ins downloaded. You're normally prompted with this at the top of your browser. On the note, your browser could very well be causing this. Outdated browsers always cause issues when loading material such as photos and videos. it's best to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you do not have them, feel free to see if they resolve the issue. I've provided the legit download links below;
Google Chrome (latest version) - http://www.google.com/chrome
Mozilla Firefox (latest version) - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
If you're using Internet Explorer and would rather not download new programs, make sure it's updated - http://www.ie8optimized.com/bingandmsn/
After that, open your Internet Explorer and do the following;
Tools > Internet options. In the internet option(s) window, click on "Advanced" and click on "Restore Defaults" and check to see if that works.
In the off chance that none of the above works, I'm sorry. That's all I could think of that could even remotely be causing the issue. |
