So I've really wanted to get Candlemon because I love his Phantomon form. However, I've noticed through watching the youtube video that in this game Candlemon digi into Mistymon.

So my question is, is there a way for Candlemon to digievolve into Phantomon????

not right now, no. if you want phantomon you would have to get demidevimon (piedmon line). demidevimon > soulmon > phantomon > piedmon.
