OFFLINE | I installed the bryton sensor on my bike, with both the speed sensor and candence sensor, but neither is working. I prefer to display the cadence and use the GPS reading as speed indication, but although I set the switch on cadence, it is not working. Except for changing the battery (which should be full, since I just bought my Rider 50), are there any tricks/thing I can do wrong?
1) If I go to sensors, it has 3 items "Cadence", "Speed" and "Speed/Cadence". Which one should I switch on, or is "Auto detect" best to use?
2) Is there a specific orientation of the receiver to detect the signal (e.g. rear towards sensor?)

 OFFLINE | Hi, Arjan,
The sensor has only 2 choices: cadence or speed. There shouldn't be "cadence/speed" on it.
Most of the time, this happens because the battery is not put back properly after being taken out when switching. The battery should be fine. Please check the steps of putting back the battery from FAQ.
Please go to http://corp.brytonsport.com/faqs?lang=eng > Accessory > Q 4 and 6. Please try and let us if you still have problems. Thank you. |
