Original question:

Do these get taken together? Just one but not the other? I have the progesterone and use it now and I think I like it. I am also going to order the Pre-Menopause book tomorrow when I place my order but I wanted to know if I should be ordering the Vitex too?

They can be taken together. Typically though if you are using the Progesterone you should not need the Vitex. Beeyoutiful's Vitex also has Dong Quai in it which specifically makes it beneficial for menopause/pre menopause. For this reason if you are still in your child bearing years I would personally recommend the Beeyoutiful Balance/Progesterone over the Vitex, at least until you feel your levels are back where they should be and any symptoms you might have are gone.
