No you can’t. Surfing the Internet is where a PC, a Tablet and even a Smartphone is much better at, compared to doing the same on TV. It’s not just the technology, but navigating webpages and reading off a TV screen can be quite uncomfortable due to the angle of view, the nature of repetitive interaction required (scrolling, clicking etc) and that is something that is difficult to adapt to TV well.
