OFFLINE | I set up a page for my business... http://www.facebook.com/pages/Naffs-Kingdom-Cat-Shop/143743102303298?v=wall about two months ago and managed to post a few items on it. Now, for reasons unknown, I am no longer able to post anything to the page. No "What's on your mind? input box appears...ever. The Home and Profile tabs take me to my personal page...which I'd really rather not have connected to my business page. I'm not a regular Facebook user and am basically unfamiliar with the way it works. I am hoping one of you regular users can steer me in the right direction. Should I abandon the business page and start another from scratch? I like to keep the material I have on their now...if possible. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks in advance. |

OFFLINE | Cats! I have five of them.
I just created a group page to test this. It works fine for me. Since only about fourteen people have liked your page, it'd be best to remake it and take care of it while it's still new.

OFFLINE | Thanks, Nick, for the input. Do you have any idea what went wrong? (...so I don't repeat the mistake) What is a "group page"? |

OFFLINE | A group page is what your business page currently is, right?
Anyway, go to your homepage and click on "Groups". it should be to the left. Once you click on that, go to the upper right-hand corner and look for a button that says "+ Create Group". Once you've clicked on it, you'll be prompted with a settings page. At this page, you'll select your desired group name and submit a small description as to what your group is about.
After which, you'll then choose your group type. Seeing as how you want this for a business, you'll want to select "Business". To the right of that, there's a type that corresponds to a certain type of business. You'll want to choose one that represents your category choice. Everything else after that is entirely optional.
After you click "Create Group", you'll be directed to a new settings page. This page has just about everything to do with your group page. You can choose whether or not you will allow your members to post on your group page, upload photos or any other various things that you'd allow them to do.
I'm honestly not sure why you were not able to post anymore on your recent business page. There could be a lot of reasons, but it'd simply be easier to remake it now. Considering there was only about fourteen people that had liked your recent one.
