Time Limit : MUST be specified,even if there's none.However no battle will remain open for more than 3 weeks and such threads will be killed to keep community standards.

Voters Criteria / Judges Criteria : Not for newcomer battlers but all other battlers must specify how they want the votes,any restrictions,any needs e.g. vet judges,e.t.c. MUST be specified in order to prevent further member-member clashes,dickriding,e.t.c. A newcomer is anyone who has had less than 5 battles WITH RESULTS (Win or Loss).

TYPES OF BATTLES : (For all member's convinience)

1. Regular Text Battle >>> Abusing,Insulting,Textually Raping,Clowning,Criticising,And more creative n violent ways of destructing your opponent in a verse form the basis of regular text battling.

2. Topical >>> Imaginatively constructing a rap (usually non battle verses) on a given topic.If the topics are not decided in advance by all (I repeat ALL) the battle participants,then you're supposed to ask other members to drop (i.e. choose) a topic for you of their own choice.Alternatively you may ask one or more co-members to give you a list of topics for

3. Horrorcore >>> Disses that specify violent acts which can get as destructive as your imagination can.

4. Audio >>> Your disses on a mic uploaded on a website such as soundclick to battle with your opponent's mic recorded verse (both verses usually recorded on a background beat) form the battle known as audio battle.

5. Wordplay >>> Battles based solely on rating the wordplays and their effectivenes in destroying your opponent

6. Flow >>> Comparitively easier form of battling where the focus is primarily on your flow technique while dissing your opponent.

7. Cypher >>> Battles where you write 1 or more bars and your opponent generates answers to those bars (flipping) in the same number.

8. Multies >>> Battles based on high use of multisyllable rhymes.The multie chosen is generally chosen from a randomly generated list by other members and a good multie battle is where the same multie rhyme scheme is used throughout the battle or atleast specific .

9. Multiple Opponent Battle >>> Battles where one or more opponents battle against one or more opponents.If you want a tag team partner...you're supposed to find one on your own (use the scrap mechanism provided by orkut).e.g tag team battle : 2 Battlers vs 2 Battlers,Triple Threat Matchups (3 battlers battling in an every man for himself match-up)...e.t.c.

10. CUSTOM Battles >>> Newer battle types based on your own creativity and innovation.CUSTOM MUST be specified and all Custom Battle Rules ( Which may be different than normal battle rules ) MUST be....I Repeat MUST BE agreed upon by ALL Battle Participants.No injustice will be done to dedicated rappers at Insignia.
