Buying Mercenary Digieggs Through Cash Shop and Hatching

Are the digieggs that you buy through the cash shop guaranteed to hatch? Because I don't want to waste 7 dollars that might not even hatch. I keep having problems hatching these mercenary eggs, i had that problem with a gabumon egg and a elecmon egg. Please help.

If I were you I would get premium silk and buy other items such as evolutors, selling them off for game money. That way you can save up for at least a 4/5 buying an egg from another tamer.
