Hey Guys,

I will be referencing "Jim Collins" as we begin to structure our Film Program.  If you want more information on him I strongly recommend reading his book "Good to Great" and if you want more check out "Built to Last".

For those of you more like me, here is his website jimcollins.com which has a lot of great videos and audio clips.  Honestly, they are probably all you need.
