letter No- SEC/CI/CPLC-128/2007/465 dated November 8, 2010 has accorded their consent for
raising the paid up capital of BSRM Steels Limited by Tk. 104,50,00,000/- (Taka One hundred
four crore fifty lac) only through issuance of 1,04,50,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 100.00 each for
the purpose of acquiring BSRM Iron & Steel Co Limited shares at the ratio of 1 (one) BSRM
Steels Limited share against 1 (one) BSRM Iron & Steel Co Limited share.
