OFFLINE | Today I got the message that the BrytonGPS forum (www.brytongps.com) no longer exist. All the things we spoken about, all the topics/threads are disappeared. I do not like this facebook ****. I hope that the makers of the BrytonGPS forum come back with the very good old forum.
I think this is my first and last post on this forum.

OFFLINE | I know it's a shame the other forum shut down, but, so far so good on this one!

OFFLINE | Well, as I'm new with Bryton it's fine with me to use either forum - as long as I am getting help when required that should be OK.
On the other hand I do understand that it can be frustrating not to be able to access stuff that's already been talked about...
Would be nice to still access the old forum on a read only basis - but I assume this train has left the station already.
Be it like it is - the most important thing to me is getting answers on my questions, and that's not to bad so far.

Edit: just saw they are even planning on getting the threats over here - that's a clever move. |

OFFLINE | Do Bryton actually take notice and inform users of the latest changes they have made in response to forum feedback?
Perhaps I am not looking hard enough but a Personal gripe of mine posted nearly three months ago on the old forum, then re-posted on Facebook has revived the standard "Yeah guys we are listening and its on the list.." Response but no idea when anything is happening with regard to changes being made.. |

 OFFLINE | Hi, Keith,
We are definitely listening and paying attention to our users. I guess we need to do a better job informing our users about what have been changed and improved. Thanks for the feedback! |

 OFFLINE | Bryton Sport,
It's great that you state you are listening and paying attention to your users -- but simply stating this phrase as a general response to the majority of questions from posters on this forum is not the same thing as actually given some real information out in response to questions.
Your products are good - and one day could be great but as it stands the two biggest stumbling blocks are the basic lack of information surrounding bugs/fixes/enhancements and the time it is taking to fix want appear to be basic problems with the devices and the website .... months have gone by with no communications and no fixes -- and sadly the latest releases appear to break more than they fix ...
Please do try to improve the communication as it would make a huge difference to your currently loyal user/fan base.
