OFFLINE

I cant get BB to open (it was working a few months ago) - i've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but no luck.
If it helps there's no shortcut appearing either on my desktop.

I'm trying to download a few rides from rider 50, but when I click upload, it says plug in my device - but when I do nothing happens.

Ive tried Chrome and ie.
