Hello everyone,

The other day, friday i believe, i purchased 100 silk via paypal. As everyone knows paypal has been having an issue with purchases related to anything joymax. Well last night i went to log onto my game after recieving an email saying my silk was in my account and BOOM! i get a block related chargeback error. Everyone knows joymax customer service blows since you can never get a hold of anyone so i am curious what i should do in this situation. I was going to buy some archives while they were still on sale which i probably wont be able to do now. This has got me extremeley irritated since the paypal money was taken out of my account and now i can't even use what i paid for. I have submitted a QnA ticket on another account, i sent an email, and i tryed calling a number i have found but have gotten no response.


Hoping this can get unbanned today so i can still get my archives and be able to get magnamon whenever the servers go back online!
