This is a totally random question, but I was just playing Scrabble with a friend who ALWAYS logs off at 10pm sharp to go to bed. I wasn't paying attention to the time and 'poof' she's gone. But it's amazing that it's always right on the hour during the week.

Me? Damn, since my work schedule isn't static, my bedtime isn't either. I might go to bed at 9:30 one night, and then 1:30am the next.

I TRY to go to bed by 9pm on work nights...since I have to be up by 5am..but I often am not in bed till more like 10..and when I don't have to work the next day, I will stay up later. I know it is better health-wise, to go to bed at the same time each night...but I am usually too hyper...

This is one reason why I like watching a little DVD before trying to sleep, it seems to help unwind me. Problem is, if it's a DVD I'm really diggin, then I end up staying up later watching it  

I try to be in bed by 10....I NEED to be in bed by 9 but it is hard to get time to myself so my sleep suffers.  LOL.
I stay up later to get time.  In a room.  By myself.  For an hour or so.  I'm up normally about 4:30 or 5:00

I need my alone time, too! If I go too long without it, I get really edgy and uneasy,,,, and burned out.

I have four days off this week..and one of them is paid. I am staying up late, cause I can.
I can sleep in...no school..no work...Yeah...I like it.

Me...I usually wear a big baggy t-shirt, or other loose fitting top...has to be cotten t-shirt type material for me.

Since I always go to bed alone.. I wear anything comfy.
