taj bhai,

your analysis shows the RSI for BDfinance is 46.564 (which is below 70), but the MACD line is above its signal line. what does this means? Does it necessarily means that it is the right time to sell BDfinance? can you briefly explain what is the function of bollinger bands and how it works? I also want know the fundamental analysis PLFSL.

Thanks bro.

I try to keep the  comments simple and self explanatory. And for this I use only 3 basic indicator, i.e. Moving Average, RSI and MACD.

If you zoom the chart, you will found 3 charts, the above one is Moving Average, RSI in the middle and MACD at the bottom. The relationship between price and moving average is bearish in short to mid term, that means price may not cross to its average,

RSI range is 30 to 70 where 70 is topping and 30 is bottoming range, When the price of a scrip reaches 70, it indicates that the price is at its highest level and reverse on 30. So the lower RSI the better to buy and the higher RSI the better to sell.

Bollinger bands indicates the price will be in the range. The more wider Bollinger band, the more price volatility is there. Here the data shows bollinger bands are 61% narrower than normal meaning the price will not go very up or down.

I request You as well as other users to download "A small  guide for technical Analysis" from the thread named the same. I also post the link here.

http://apps.facebook.com/facebook_forums/a_small_guide_for_technical_analysis-2442.html

It is not possible to explain each and everything in detail. I have posted simillar kind of queries in other threads as well.

The analysis of PLFSL posted long before. Please go through it.
