Need help with the bass knob or the "control knob" as it's called for the 3.sixty.2. I just got this unit back from Rockford via warranty, and the unit was working fine until I left the country for a month and now it doesn't work.

Im sure it's good to mention that whenever I leave for such a long time, I always unplug the battery from my car... but still the 3.sixty.2 had the settings saved when i powered it back on...and now the bass knob is not working

I tried doing the factory oem integration setup from scratch and no good...also did an after market followed by oem again to see if it would make it work...

Any suggestions?

is it set on aux? if u press it in it goes from aux to bass or volume knob
