http://www.roanokemerchants.com sells only to the continental United States.  With that said, I have implemented an IP blocking mechanism that balances site performance and security.  Currently, the Russian Federation's and China's IP's are blocked from accessing the site.

Unfortunately, the server loads that visitors from the aforementioned countries impose is great enough to warrant the need to block them.

Hopefully everyone will have a better experience now that we are more "centered" on managing our audience.
