One tub of butternut cream cheese
Approx.2 cans of canned crab meat

Mix the cream cheese and crab meat to taste in a bowl. Slice your jalapenos part way down and spoon mixture in. Wrap bacon around and secure with a toothpick. Be sure to remove it when eating! Place on grill or under broiler until pepper is somewhat wrinkled and bacon appears done (browned).

We've also used sweet peppers as well.

I'm not sure oz. wise what size the cans are but they are those cans about the size of a tuna can. It makes around a dozen or so jalapenos.

Thanks Susan, Costco has the larger can of Crab meat, as I wanted to try the recipe however, I needed some idea on number of Jalapenos to buy as well. I checked my grocer here, and they do not sell Butternut Cream Cheese, so I will have to substitute with another Cream Cheese....

CORRECTION-----It's HONEY NUT cream cheese. Sorry y'all!!! And if any of you have an Aldi's grocery in your area, that's where I was able to find it.
