Just wanted to update you on the birth of my daughter, Sofia Elizabeth Mulvaney. She joined our family on June 13 at 8:25 p.m. weighing 6 lbs, 8 oz and was 20" long. Thank you, Rachel for all of the prenatal yoga prep! I look forward to returning to Hapa Yoga.
