healing usually ....

healing? as in physical? mental?

if you do "absent" healing ... you travel too
but its only possible while your asleep

I know you do alot of physical healing in sleep
well i'd just like to consciously be aware of it but like i said i think i'm scared of it
takes some practice toi get used to doing but its fun if you can get it right

if i ever get over that,,,i should be able to

i had the same fear years ago over contacting the spiritual realm
i got over that and can now hear them clearly
through claire-audience
which means "clear hearing"

you cant hurt yourself or others ... your always attached to your body by a silver light thread

maybe i'm scared to trust the cord to not break lol

thats why you slam back in and get woken up

ever had that feeling that you are being "scanned" ... like a buzzing noise travels thru your body ?
and you can feel the buzz vibrations as it happens ?

nope its like it enters thru your head or feet then exits the opposite

i don't get a buzz

it can go front to back too ... or in and out the same place

I have a constant buzz, but is in my ears, started during last concussion

this goes all the way down to feet

more in your right ear than the left one ?

hmmm, I thinkmore in left ear

but lol, I have been known to do things backwards

i get the buzz in the ear i thought it was "tinnitus" = ringing in the ear?

does it stay in ears or does it travel, Lite?

I have had several head injuries, this last time among other things I must have damaged my inner ears

i got into it at spiritualist church .....

what was the procedure ?

i feel asleep during a healing session there ... and the medium in charge of the group followed my dream travel to someone we both knew needed healing
care to share?

oh that's pretty cool; i've attended spiritualist churches

after that i "sat" with her to learn more about it .... actually i slept but its considered to be sitting
sit or lay so you are slighty raised with your head n chest above your legs ...

place your hands in your lap palm up with the fingers laid over each other as if your using healing prayers position

now meditate yourself to sleep .... and as you feel the warmth of sleep start to come over you think of someone or somewhere you want to "visit"

okay but don't you need to use some sort of protection first?

interesting, up to the word "visit" it sounds alot like 1st level reiki

i always wear a cornish celtic cross made from pure silver

I'm doing ok, just healing up after a heart cath
I have some very colorful bruises

now, if I can get a handle on how Lite works w/ hearing I will be feeling much better, everything hits me in the gut

feeling better now or too early to know ?
better, but it's slow healing. At least the CAD has not progressed, so it's worth knowing.

the problem with using stones..need to make sure they are clear if you are going to use them for protection

when you find theright stone or whatever
use it only for that state
not just to wear it around.. will help too

birthstone or a gem that takes your fancy ?
one that feels right.. will know when you touch it
will almost feel soft in hand
no matter how hard a stone

that was the same with my cross
