 OFFLINE | What time limits do you set when performing neuraxial anesthesia on a patient who has received arixtra. Do you treat it like the other low molecular weight heparins and wait 12 hours for single dosing or 24 hrs for twice day dosing? Would love to know differing policies as it relates to arixtra. |
