What are some things you are concerned about as you enter the field of scoping?

I was hoping someone would be happy with the work I did as a beginning scopist back in 2006.
Thank God I've come a loonnngg way since then.  I think the first court reporter I ever worked
with would hope that I quit right then and there because I was pretty lousy.
