The aquarium contest determines its winner by always showing the same few aquariums first.  Mine, for whatever reason, always seems to be WAY further down the line, almost always near the end it seems.  Everyone's aquariums should be given equal time at the top and bottom of the order that they're shown in.  It's not fair to give a few people (and it seems like the same people get theirs near the top week after week!) the advantage by making sure that EVERYONE who takes a look at the contest will see their aquarium, while others are lucky if just a few people click through enough times to even see theirs.

When you choose to see participants at the contest there is a list which contains 100 tanks. The list of contest works cannot show all tanks at once. That doesn't mean that there are only 100 tanks. This list rotates all the tanks of the current week at least once ah hour. Everyone gets equal time in this list.

Well, I wasn't talking about the list, but rather the actual order the aquariums are shown.  I've noted that clicking the arrow inevitably leads to the very same ten tanks first over and over and over, each and every week this is the case.  So the "rotation" you are mentioning...well, I'm just not seeing it, and I think this is the case for other users, as well.  I don't see how it would only be this way for me.  Of course, were mine in those "top-10" I mentioned, I wouldn't complain about it.  But the secret for being there eludes me.
