Q: After making an appointment I forgot my password and did not print out my confirmation page. Will I be allowed in on the day of my appointment?
A: You can check with us by email by sending your name, date and time of  appointment to [EMAIL]ACSHanoi@state.gov. If we have your name on our appointment record, we will allow you to access the Embassy on the day of your appointment.

Q: The system will not allow me to cancel my appointment and reschedule a new one. What do I do?
