A coworker suggested this to me saying it helps him quite a bit. So I thought I'd ask around to see what others thought. So far, not many people are familiar with this. |

OFFLINE | In Follow-up to this, after trying this for only a few days, I experienced major sacral area flare-ups. And then when I stopped taking it, the flare-ups subsided. Was it relative? Well, time and re-testing will tell :/ |

OFFLINE | I have bad knees (surgery when I was 14 on my left knee to remove all the cartilage out of it)...about 10 years ago I started taking Glucosamine Chondroitin 750 mg (2 tablets a day)....which is one of the main ingredients in it....I swear by it...I could barely walk up and down a flight of stairs without having pain and very slowly...
Now...no biggie...rarely have pain in my knees....walk the treadmill...stairs aren't a hassle...dance all the time....I take it everyday...
I do know the main ingredient of this is derived from shellfish so if you have an allergy to it don't take it |
