On June 4th of 2007, the body of 18-year-old Anita Mae Knutson was found in her apartment in the 2400 block of 4th Street NW in Minot, North Dakota. Anita had been killed while lying in her bed; she died as a result of knife wounds to her upper body. Unknown suspect(s) appeared to have entered the apartment through a ground floor window and exited by the same route.
