Do you have a voltmeter?  If so, check the following connections on the amp:

B+:  Should be reading a constant 12V or higher

REM:  Should be reading 12V or higher when the key or head unit is turned on

GND:  Short length cable securely fastened to a paint free surface at the body/chassis of the vehicle

Is it not powering on?  Or is it powering on with no output?  If it is not powering on grab a voltmeter and check the following connections at the amp:

B+: Should be reading a constant 12V or higher

REM: Should be reading 12V or higher when the key or head unit is turned on

GND: Short length cable securely fastened to a paint free surface at the body/chassis of the vehicle

If the amp is powering on then the problem could be one of the following:

- Bad speaker(s)
- Bad connection between the speaker(s) and amplifier
- No audio signal coming from the head unit through the RCA's
- Amplifier is defective
