OFFLINE
-Like the rest of the game, intense detail will be put into how ammunition is used in game. Firstly, ammunition found will be by different manufacturers(Remington, etc). The quality of the found ammunition will vary based off off the rarity and quality of the actual manufacturer. Tiny details like grain count, bullet smoothness will all have effect on accuracy.
If you hone an ammo smith skill in game, then abilities to fine tune these small details will be available to you and customizable to your own style. If you have the necessary equipment and materials, then you will be able to do things like fine tune the grain count in ammunition.
All ammo will have very unique attributes. for instance incendiary rounds will have considerably different effect than a hollow point bullet. Different variations on ammo will be (but not limited to) hollow point, armor piercing, full metal jacket, ballistic tip, incendiary, tracer round, deer slug, buck shot, etc. Also different calibers will have an impact. A 9mm bullet will have different damage properties than a .45 caliber bullet. Additionally these bullets will have different effects on, and be affected by, the environment that they interact with. For instance .50 cal Armor piercing rounds will easily pierce most materials while hollow points will flatten out on impact. This will give the player flexibility and options when loading out before going out on different missions.
