Whenever I load a ride from my unit to the web interface the altitude readings are completely different. For example, my last ride shows an altitude gain of over 2000m on the unit but only 1200 m on the web interface.  What gives and why such an error?

Hi, Kevin,

The device calculates altitude by using the barometer within the device. when you upload the data to web, it will use map to calculate the altitude. But it should be slightly different.  Can you copy your link on brytonsport.com so that we can check from the background? thanks!

Hi, Kevin,

We have fixed the problem.  But you need to upload the data to the web again.  The data on the web won't refresh automatically.  Please try it and let us know if you have any issues.  thanks!
