Hello.
For browser: try uninstalling the game, clearing your browser cache and re-adding the game (nothing will happen with the aquarium). Did you try entering the game from a different browser?
For mobile app: we recommend you to reinstall the application. First, save the progress - press 2 arrows on the panel, then uninstall the application, then download it back, authorize with FB and press 2 arrows again. Let us know the results.

I only use 1 browser on my computer, so switching browsers is not an option. I play through facebook, so the game is not installed on my computer. I cleared my cache, which did not work.
I tried reinstalling the game on my phone, and my friends are still gone.
There must to some bug in the game for this to be happening on both of my games.

OFFLINE | Since I didn't quote you in my responses, I thought I'd try again. Maybe you just didn't see my results because I didn't quote you? It's been 2 days since my last reply with my results, and my game is still showing no friends. I've already emptied the tanks and deleted the mobile game, and won't be playing it again. I have done that to my facebook browser version yet, but if nothing is fixed I will. There's no point in playing this game with no friends. I can't even complete daily quests now. And I have heard nothing from you. This is getting ridiculous.
