Regarding the "Contest"
First off: I see you have admitted to adding votes to some players in order to even out the playing field from the cheaters. With all due respect apparently you have failed to realize that by doing this you have given many of my peers the impression that the people you added votes to were cheating.  This explains why some contestants votes JUMP up! By whose authority have you done this? Are the devs even aware that you have been doing this? If they are, then  I would like to know who your supervisor is?


Secondly, it is quite obvious that numerous players are quite upset from wrongly having their tanks removed and they have indeed been very vocal about this....and yet YOU show no remorse or any expression of apology. Nor have you offered a viable solution.  Is it really so hard to type the words: "I'm sorry"?? And would it break your back to also offer some sort of mea culpa, as well as some sort of compensation? Are the devs aware of the callus ear you have shown these loyal players? BTW many of the players who have been upset by this have spent a huge amount of $$ on this game. To continue to act so indifferently is bad business plain and simple! People are leaving the contest AND the game.....I'm sure this is not what the devs want!


Third, your explanation that some tanks were removed because they were "old" is a falsehood, as numerous times it has been made clear that they had brand new Halloween decor in them, therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE for those tanks to be 'old" So here again who is your supervisor, or better yet who can we contact that ranks above you to get this matter resolved once and for all?

Fourth, the contest has been fraught with cheating issues since it's inception. Is anything in the works to correct this? And if you do not know, then here again, who can we contact?

Hello!


1) We all do the same thing and I am responsible for moderating the Facebook contest results.

2) I might have been wrong about deleting those tanks with the others which were already exposed once.
There was the compensation - entrance fee returned to all excluded tanks' owners.

3) Again - they must be deleted on mistake with those who entered the tanks more than 1 time unchanged.

4) Yes, we are constantly discussing this, but haven't come to a common thought yet.
