 OFFLINE | After Using Hotspot Shield, it was successfully connect to server.
But the problem is i still stuck in creating character....
after i key in the name and click create, It stuck again

OFFLINE | I'm guessing it's because of the delay in connection. You can try changing your DNS settings instead from 4.4.4.4 to 8.8.8.8. Some of the ISPs in Malaysia are blocking the game's IP, hence a lot of players could not access Digimon Masters in Malaysia. We are still looking into possible solutions for this, but at the moment, this is the temporary solution we can give you. |

same problem here too !
DNS setting to 4.4.4.4 to 8.8.8.8 is still getting that same error 
Hope Joymax will fix this error asap for malaysian and others user |

preffered dns; 8.8.8.8
alternate dns ; 8.8.4.4
then press ok.
restart your pc n modem
note ; if you use hotspot shield plz off the application or uninstall. |

If me use this... i log in...
then stuck in choose server there again...
