Adware.VX2 problem

My virus program, AVG, found an Adware.VX2 virus in the last hours and now I have to know: Does anyone else have this problem or anything?? I seriously didn't even play it yet since I planned on playing it with a friend tonight, and already a Trojan virus and this Adware appeared! What do I do and how do I prevent this from happening again? I cannot uninstall this game and I cannot get on firefox or any other programs. At the moment, I am using Internet Explorer and I can only access window explorer if I were to pull up the start menu.

Please help!!

Forgot to add that this was found in: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DMO

I'm freaking serious, I might have to wipe this freaking laptop clean if I don't have a response from someone and it's not even my fault! It came from THIS game and I'm somehow the only one suffering from this.

First of all did you download the game from official website like www.joymax.com/DMO if not then you have download the game from other site which contain virus.
And no this never happen to me before. Have you try scanning in safe mode with internet off and hopefully it can be get rid of.

It was from that site and I already did a system restore so now I don't have that game installed.

Edit:
I forgot to mention that I didn't scan it before I installed it.

And I'm seriously doubting that out of the, what, 57k of players that are probably on this game, that I somehow got the .01% of getting an adware installed with the game.

Melissa Ray, I've been asking the Support team around, and so far they said that they have not received any reports yet regarding this issue. You can try reporting this to them as they will be able to help you more with this.

I went to their website and placed this under 'Bug Report' under 'Support' last Friday. I had called it 'Virus Trouble' and I have yet to hear a reply.
