Hackers try to exploit Adobe Flash pretty regularly, and Flash runs on about 13.8% of internet websites according to a June 2014 study, a significant enough percentage to be of a concern to the average Joe, that is if you patch (update) your computer regularly. You do patch your computer regularly.. psst call me. If you use Google Chrome, however, you're in luck. Not only is Chrome the most secure browser available, but it will update it's built in Flash plug-in whenever an important update becomes available, provided that you have it installed in Chrome. What? You don't? You really need to call me, this is part of 4Star's Security package that they are always talking about. You want to handle it yourself you say? Ok, fair enough. Head on over to Adobe's website here -http://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player/apsb14-16.html
">http://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player/apsb14-16.html and scroll down to where it says "Affected software", then next to where it says Version 14.0.0.125 click on "Flash Player Download Center". If you're using Chrome it will give you a page like the one in the picture below. Install the plug-in and you're all set. Or, you can just.. call me.

While you're at it and having fun, have a look at what was covered in June's Patch Tuesday. http://nakedsecurity.sophos.com/2014/06/11/patch-tuesday-wrap-up-june-2014-both-adobe-and-microsoft-close-remotable-holes/
