I got banned and it said it was 320 hours ban back then , so now i should be able to get back in but it says 1992 hours left ? I charged 480 silk before it said that , and now it says that ?

Yes , I did bot before and all , but i learned my lesson back then and was coming back all legit . If it was a perma ban from begining then I demand a refund of my 48$ or something because the ban message said i was banned for 320 hours and now it says 1192 when I should be able to log in now .

To any player seeing this , don't flame everyone learns their lesson in a way or another and I know it serves me right from the begining so bleh.

Hello Hussein, unfortunately, I cannot help you in this case. What you should do is send a ticket to support either by using your banned account if you can log in to the portal, or using your new account and telling them all the details about your banned account, and why you shouldn't be banned. It's either you've made a chargeback or there's a problem with your Silk transaction, or that your usage of a third party program is still in effect. I can't answer to why your banned hours are increased, so Support will be able to help you more with that. Sorry about this.
