The only way to add pictures into a topic is through a URL.
In other words from another web site such as Facebook or photobucket or some place similar.
For example, You would first need to upload your pictures to photo bucket then post them in you topic.

Once you have them loaded into a third party site like photobucket or Facebook then you can follow the steps below.

Step 1)
Click the "insert image" button on the text editor bar
This button is the one with the mountain scene on it.
from the left, it is the 12th button out of the 14 on the text editor bar.
Clicking this button should open a popup.

Step 2)
enter the web address to the picture you want to the topic

Step 3)
ckick the "OK" button
clicking this button should close the pop up and the pic should show up in your post.
