Step 1)
Click the "insert a hyperlink" button
this button is located on the text editor bar. It is the one with the earth and chain scene on it.
Form the left it is the 11th button of the 14 on the text editor bar.
Clicking this button should open a pop up.

Step 2)
enter the web address in the pop up.

Step 3)
Click the "OK" button
clicking this should close the pop up and you should see the link in the topic.
