Experienced accounting application disconnecting from accounts server is caused by virtual distributed switch loop back. If you use both dvuplinks and setup as teaming, teaming NIC cards doesn't perform well in local switches for it doesn't have Spanning Tree Protocol and may cause temporary disconnection of network or the server itself and its application. High end layer 2 or layer 3 switches is best for vSphere. Furthermore its better to use Cisco Nexus 1000v than the vmware virtual distributed switch.

Since i don't have the above mentioned. Another solution is to use one NIC card only in every virtual distributed switch.
