How do I personally report or mail to any of the facebook developers an abusive page? I have done the report page but it seems that it didn't work well for I have to wait a very long time for them to see it and eventhough they'll see it, it's still a nonsense because the page uses a local language from the country of the Philippines.

There is no guarantee when you "Report" a page that Facebook will shut down it. Try to spread it within your community so they can also "Report" this page then there are some chances of getting banned that page.
