OFFLINE | Yes, you can trade with other players, as long as the item does not say "Character Bound" in red letters you are free to trade

OFFLINE | Yes, you can trade people by clicking on their characters and right clicking their portrait at the top. Click "Trade".
Character Bound items CANNOT be traded. Everything else can be. |
