                                                                           The Story of MorningWorld

(if you werent a part of MorningWorld this might be boring to you. skip it!)

MorningWorld was a forum that was spawned from a game called AcroPhobia on pogo. It was a game where you make things up from a set of letters. EXAMPLE:

Then everyone in the room voted on thier favorite acronym and the winner got points then went to a face off at the end of each round. Lots of fun. One room, our room was the Double D Ranch. The Double D became known as Double Dots because we were dotters. By adding dots you could extend a "word" EXAMPLE:

Y U P

Your.fuckin Ugly ****.has.maggots.dropping.out.of.it

Pretty funny, right? So, it was a game for people who could write. Quickly if you dotted becuase there were only 30 seconds. We were the rudest of the rude. But also the funniest.

We had a cast of characters, Me (LacisKiller,) Chele, Jolie, Sayko, StratFreak, Pinky, Budzos mom, Laura, SheWolf, LemmonFlower, Lindsay and many more. Good Times. After quite a few months Jolie and her chubbie hubbie Clarke put up the forum MorningWorld. It was a great place. First of all we were all word lovers so it was a natrual fit. Second, we were all  already friends. When us word lovers suddenly had a place to expand beyond 30 seconds of creativity and flirty chats between rounds it was literary magic, for a while.

Sadly, It didnt take long before egos took over. It was like Pinky and Clarke vs me. They were both hotheads and I loved poking both of them, getting them all wound up. So tough online. Scaaaarrryyyy!!! See, I cant help myself! Anyways, it all spiraled out of control and became no fun for anyone. I know I got booted and it didnt seem like it was too long before the sun rose on  MorningWorld and that night MorningWorld was gone. Maybe they moved on with a different name, maybe everyone went seperate ways.

I stayed in touch with my real friends but for most I said something stupid and now they are gone too. It really sucks.

I hope Jolie moved on with another board becase I know she love it and she created something I know we all enjoyed. I'm sorry, to you Jolie, for my part in the demise of MorningWorld.

Thats my nod to MorningWorld. Its time to move on now. I have a place to write. And so do you!
