Dear All,
I'm new member of your free web version, but I have much experience in maintenance procedure as contract manager for more than 12 years.
I have some technical questions coming from web Cworks usage during last week.
1. How I could print PM schedules created by generation module (I would like to make mass print out all relatives forms with tasks attached on it)
2. How I could define different periodicities using different PM Task list (actually the task list is the same for monthly period but in a six-monthly maintenance could be the monthly task list and six-monthly task list)

These are my first questions,

Thank you for using our software.

1) You can define different periodicities using different PM Task Name. Then, list all jobs in specific Task Name.
      e.g.
                    HVAC (Monthly PM)
                          1. Task 1
                          2. Task 2
                    
                    HVAC (6-monthly PM)
                          1. Task 1
                          2. Task 2
                          3. Task 3 (Additional job in 6-monthly)
                          4. Task 4 (Additional job in 6-monthly)

     
2) Work order bulk print in PM Generation only available in paid version only.

Please let me know the cost in order CMMS to be reliable for bulk printing.
Does the cost  90$ /month for additional user license or you need something else ?

Further to my effort to use Cworks easy WEB I have observed that I can't delete some items as sites or levels. Due to this is very important please advise of how I'm going to fix that.
