 OFFLINE | Changing your dress code - after work immediately change into clothing that is comfortable and relaxing. This changes the mental shift.
Set the tone for calm - instead of turning on all the lights at home light a few candles throughout the house, put on some soothng relaxing music (especially during dinnertime) and choose a great table wine for dinner.
Dont pick up the phone - Avoid the ringing phone, relax before returning calls or replying to emails. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER.
Take a walk - A stroll around the block helps to let go of the stress build up in your mind.
Read a book - Sit back and enjoy a good book.
Family time - Remember the good old board games? Now it's time to pull them out and play a few.
